πAmbience Module
Overview
The Ambience Module functions as a sort of secondary weather system. It has its own forecast and profiles (known as Ambience Profiles) that play FX profiles, however it is missing a few features that the main Weather Module has. This allows it to run as a much lighter concurrent system.
Why are ambience and weather separated into two modules?
Performance: having the two systems separated allows weather to have all the features it needs while not bloating the ambience system.
Organization: in general ambience and weather are two different concepts. Separating them into two modules allows this concept to drive your organization.
Variation: there are many weather + ambience combos that can breathe life and variation into your project. For example, instead of having a Fireflies weather type like many other systems, within COZY you can have a Partly Cloudy with Fireflies, a Clear Weather with Fireflies, or a Mostly Cloudy with Fireflies.
