Applies a constant force in a single direction.

Radius	Radius of the effect area
Wind Strength	Strength of the wind effect
Variation Speed	Speed at which the variation texture moves
Variation Magnitude	Defines a multiplier for the wind effect strength at high variance areas. Higher values result in more variation.
Variation Frequency	Sets the scale of the variation texture. Higher numbers results in smoother variance.
